*Price based for 30-minute video MAX (final video not the raw footage) any length longer adds another dollar per minute with the commission up to one hour, Past that we will discuss prices via twitter DM.

1. The right to end service - I have the right to refuse service at any point during the commissioned time, pay will not be requested until said item has been completed. The client also will have the right to back out at any time however reason must be given before termination.

2.Misconduct Policy- I am not to be mistreated in any way shape or form. Any form of conduct that is considered harassment, abusive, or offensive will NOT be tolerated. Should the client be unhappy with the work that has been done calmly discuss it with me and we will see if we can work things out.

3. Payment Policy and Withholding Commissioned Works- Payment is due by the specified date listed in the invoice. Accepted payments are to be received by cash (if the client is in person) or by PayPal using the following address {[email protected]} I will not accept any form of payment to prevent liability until the invoice is created and sent to the client. I hold the right to hold your commissioned item if payment has not been received or if there has been a violation of the misconduct policy. Payment directly from a minor under the age of 17 is NOT permitted.

4.Posting on Social Media- You are by no means allowed to post works in progress to social media without the watermark included in the image. You are by no means allowed to post clips from video commissions on social media without my consent. You are also obligated to follow the policies of the respective social media platform, I am not liable should you break the company policies of social media websites such as YouTube, Facebook, Twitter, Bluesky, TikTok, Instagram, etc.

5.Understanding YouTube policies and working with Minors- Minors may request my services but accounts and commissions MUST be with heavy parental involvement unless over the age of 13 years and moderate involvement unless over the age of 17 years. Should the account be under the listed age the said social media account must be under and managed by the parent or guardian overseeing the interactions. Any minor under 13 must have the parent or guardian make the commission on their behalf. 3rd party involvement (extended family, friends, etc.) is not allowed unless discussed by the parent/guardian or client at least 48 hours in advance of meeting or during consultation and have expressed permission and consent by me. By understanding this policy you understand that said minor is liable to permanent ban by YouTube, Twitch, etc. if minor creates account and is under the age of 13 as you must be at least that age for account creation. I am not liable for interactions your child may have on the internet (comments, chatrooms, etc.)
